CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We care about your safety and have made a number of changes to our practice:

HOW WE’RE SERVING OUR COMMUNITY:

For years, K2 Vision has been serving our patients and the communities we call home with high-quality care and expertise. Our top priority has, and will always be, the health and safety of our patients. Our offices are once again open for surgeries and other appointments! We want you all to know that our staff and doctors have been working together to create a plan that allows us to safely and effectively treat every patient.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (425) 616-2020 or schedule online. We’re also happy to announce that our telehealth/remote consultations will remain available for patients as well as individuals interested in learning more about RLE and ICL.

HOW WE’RE KEEPING YOU SAFE:

We understand how important it is for you to feel safe when venturing out of your home. That’s why we’re dedicated to doing everything we can at each of our locations to ensure our staffs’ and patients’ safety. We will be implementing the following protocols at all locations:

  • To ensure proper social distancing, we’ll be spacing out appointments and adjusting our waiting room layout.
  • Appropriate protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) is required for all staff and masks are required for patients.
  • We’ve put in place a strict sanitation routine, which now includes wiping down rooms before and after exams as well as surfaces, door handles, and other high-traffic areas.

As a provider of high-quality eye surgery, we’ve always taken our responsibility to provide treatment and surgical spaces with your safety in mind. No matter what’s going on outside, you can rest assured that your experience at K2 Vision will be as safe as always!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

The next time you visit a K2 Vision location, you can still expect the same friendly, helpful service we’re known for. As we begin seeing more patients, here’s what your next appointment will look like:

If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your car and we will text you when we’re ready. When it’s time to come in, you’ll receive a precautionary temperature check. We have changed the office layout to keep 6 feet of distance between patients and staff and are limiting how many patients we see in the office at one time. We have also installed plexiglass at the front desk and breath shields for our exam rooms.

Thank you to all of our patients for being so cooperative during this time, and we can’t wait to see you again!
