Dr. Kopstein earned his MD from the University of Minnesota following undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. With over two decades in ophthalmology and more than 60,000 lens-based surgeries performed, his career spans everything from routine cataract care to the most advanced refractive and intraocular procedures.
He originally built his reputation treating the most challenging eye conditions—corneal transplantation, complex glaucoma surgeries, and intraocular lens disorders—while honing his technical skill, precision, and patient-centered care.
